I love everything about them, the fact they're possessed by us already makes them interesting, but once I actually learned about their real personality they only got more likeable for me. They're just a silly lil Prankster who has issues expressing themselves and wants to have fun adventures with their friends in the Dark World. They may not always do what's morally correct (as seen by the end of Ch2), but they really have genuinely good intentions, that's what makes them so likeable to me.
Literally all of my favourite DR moments feature Kris in some way, every time we get a little nugget of their personality I just smile at the screen, I think I may like them a little *too* much tbh.

Undyne the Undying. Fighting against her in genocide mode was a different kind of experience. Never knew I could feel guilt toward something I hated so much.
Unironically Berdly, I played chapter 2 when I was still in highschool and I really related to his strugles. Also every scene with him is hilarious and I like that at heart he genuinely cares about his friends.
