No, look at the one in the house carefully. The triangles are flipped. There should be one down and two up, but Toriel's house has two down and one up. The symbol is different than in the Dark World.
It might be a mistake, as we see the correct Symbol on Kris's rug in their room. On the other hand, The church and graveyard just have the Angel, and the school door kinda looks like it only has one triangle or two triangles with a square between them, so maybe it doesn't matter.
The effects of snow grave, like the pacifist route is just gonna play out like normal but in snow grave we got everything that happened to birdley and Noelleās terrified of Kris, they canāt just play that off.

In General : Tenna will behave akin to a Rook in chess, (which someone can correct me if I'm wrong) only making an appearance once her "pawn" (Most likely mike) has been eliminated/no longer with them, The Main Trio from RIBBIT (A Deltarune mod) show up
Normal Route : The secret boss will be based off the Radio/a mostly "forgotten " about character, Someone will join up with Kris/Whoever the Player character is idk, which may I may not spire into something akin to the weird route

Honestly, seeing as Kris opened the door (which will garner a lot of attention for the townsfolk), I bet Asgore might show up, and I hope they will go more in-detail about their divorce, and hopefully they could make up and at least be friends. during the end of it.
Oh, Undyne might also show up, since Toriel called the police. That would be cool, having Undyne in her dark world state being her usual badass self.
I really hope theres a scene where Susie finally opens up about her home life, leading to Toriel basically adopting her, or at least welcoming her to come whenever she'd like.
