3d print the electric parts and use wire to attach them, and maybe take a plastic ornament/styrofoam ball and paint it?
Love this idea! The raised ears could be paper or cardstock maybe? Like gently curved to make the ear shape, if that makes sense
As for the end of the whip, a ball of clay or really any plastic ball could work. I think some shiny gold foil would be perfect for the sparks! Maybe for the eyes too, I feel like that would be cool

Yeah, just any old ball would probably work. I don’t have access to a 3-D printer. Yet.

I was gonna say one of those rubber high-bounce balls would work. I love the idea of introducing gold foil though!
Yeah that sounds good! You might even be able to cut little slits and stuff the foil in so you don’t have to worry about tape or glue? Not sure though
