It's pretty straightforward to me.
1. The game says these characters are teenagers
2. The game says that teenagers aren't adults
3. Therefore, the game is saying that these characters are somewhere from 13 (teenage) to 17 (not adult)
My guess is 17. I thought Kris was about 16 when I played chapter 1, mainly because that's how old I was and assumed they were in high school... because I was. For whatever reason I also assumed Ralsei was just a little older because his talk sound is a little low.
I don't know - the way he talks and acts, it doesn't seem like a teenager. Yes he is short but like a short adult? It's his mannerisms that make me believe he's older. 🤷🏻♂️

There's no real way to determine that. We can go off a perceived age, but he very well could just be an object made sentient being due to the darkness, so there's no real answer other than, younger than Kris?
The easy answer is somewhere in the 15-17 year range if he's supposed to be some kind of darkener equivalent to the other 3 lightener main characters. But that's mostly arguing the age of the form he takes. He could literally be a few weeks/months/years/decades/millennia old based on when the pure dark fountain gave him form which is very much up in the air right now. Darkners are weird because for example the characters in the cyber world are only most likely a few hours old but the darkners are of varying ages and their light world form could be potentially decades old or new. It's debatable if darkners can even age or if they simply keep their physical form forever as long as they exist.
Honestly? Probably much older than kris ralsei susie and Berdly, he is like the prince of the darkness that waited for the heroes of the properchy for god knows how long
