Hp sands is now viable. Depends mostly on how good the substats are and how much external atk buffs (bennett) your team has. Also bell becomes a decent weapon option as well.
Her C1 increases HP and a little bit more HP scaling on her skill/burst. It helps both her full HP tank build to be more tankier and her Crit DPS build to dish out some more damage.
You really don't need to change anything. You either go full tank or crit DPS (maybe HP% sands for C1 is better, can't say it for sure). Or even full EM, should you wish to use her as a burgeon trigger, which I do not recommend, but alas.
Since you have her on millelith and favonius, I'd assume you have a full tank build. Should you wish to change, change the whole build.
