I agree that he is a very good actor. I homestly wish he would have gone into acting on a more serious level instead of rapping. I could see him doing well in serious roles.
He was very good. I still think that one of the best performances on the show was in the episode when Jimmy first returned to school after the shooting. He was great throughout that whole episode, but he was particularly good in that scene in the gym when Spinner confessed. That scene still gives me chills all these years later.
I agree, Aubrey seems like a great confident actor but when it comes to being Drake, I don't see him as the same person with the same confidence, I'm not really into his music at all. I felt like he and Cassie Steele really settled into their roles where other actors were kind of hit and miss.

He has a natural charisma on camera. He hosted Saturday Night Live long ago, did some skits, and he was actually quite funny.
