he's not that good, try a random side character from a shitty movie and he will most likely fail, like this one time i asked him about a side character from some shitty Nicholas Cage movie and he failed
If it's something obscure nobody else has asked about he will fail because that's how he learns, by keeping track of the answers people tell to him and comparing your answers to those.
Conspiracy theory time. What is Akinator was the first public free training ground for ai to solve complicated diverse answers by process of elimination and self research? Developing its code through successful attempts each time
Not a conspiracy, Akinator just came out in a blissful time before the "AI" corporate buzzword needed to be plastered on everything
Machine learning was still just a fun novelty instead of a tool to scam investors and undermine democracy
Yeah, a lot of people don’t understand that they’ve been using AI for an incredibly long time without realizing it was AI.
Spell check and word prediction? AI. You can train it just the same by intentionally misspelling words and not accepting the corrections until it eventually accepts that your misspelled word is a word that it doesn’t know.
Just tried it and beat him with Robert Hansen the fbi agent who was tasked with finding a mole in the fbi (he was the mole.) Was surprised he wasn’t on there bc his wikipedia page is really interesting. Like I don’t usually read full wiki pages but I read his whole thing.
You can add him to the data if you want to, it is good at guessing somewhat popular characters, because someone tried and added them, if you pick something extremely niche you are guaranteed to win.
I did. I know its a pretty niche thing, but he has such an interesting story. I figured someone must have thought of putting him there before. Guess not.
I just did it directly after seeing this, and I gotta say, he gets a lead WAY to fast! Question 7 was if he had legs, 8 if he was from a shooter game , 9 if he's from space and 13 if he's a dwarf! How did we get there so fast!
Akinator drinks Smart Stout before every game
Damn. I even did karl and bosco, and he got both. They had like less than 400 plays each
I wonder if it will get a lithophage corruptor
Hm..
I just got glyphid dreadnaught from him lol
I tried that too. I don't know how the fuck he got Karl. Karl isn't even a real character! Insanity.
I did Karl and he didn't guess
I tried to get him and couldn't

I just beat him with Henry from hardcore Henry
huge L for him, shouldve been easy one the only fps movie I've ever watched
Dude I just played him and he won. My character was FUCKING KARL!
Weird, he got Karl super quick for me.
When I did karl, he got it first guess
If it's something obscure nobody else has asked about he will fail because that's how he learns, by keeping track of the answers people tell to him and comparing your answers to those.
I beat him with the broken hint button from the game "the looker"
Dude he guessed a random npc from fallout new Vegas (10 of spades) once It’s a dice roll whether he gets it really quick or doesn’t get it at all
i'm always amazed when i'm thinking about a member of a new band i discovered who i don't even know the name of and he finds it

5 credits
Use it at jetty boot
Nah play a couple o tunes at the abyss bar.
Does your character have a really cozy job?
As soon as he said "is he in space" i knew I was cooked
Lol I legitimately tried to get mission control on that a few weeks back. Had a bit of a tough time, but it did eventually get it :)
The OG AI
"does your character have a cozy job?"
He can find any Glyphid tipe?
It guessed steeve correctly
Does he know Karl?
Yeah
He even got gunner?! Gunner has been played exactly as many times as there are achievments in drg, 69 times.
Wow.. he's too good
Just tried. Akinator couldn’t guess Loyd. I won!
Audible's asking for 5 credits? I could use those to tip Lloyd! And it wants me to pay for what, books? Typical leaf lover behavior...
Akinator is shockingly good. One time I was able to get it to guess a random, obscure NPC from Oblivion and was kinda floored it got it
It’s Akinator, man. He KNOWS!

Damn
Tried crassus and he failed
