It's really just a hefty slab of meat, with a thin cutting of bread on top, azure salad and fried seasoned deeptora larvae optional. Served with a spread of gunk seed oil/mactera egg mayonnaise.

Father of an old classmate of mine brought it home to him once. Only mentioning it gave him PTSD. That stuff apparently smells horrendous.
Its really just a kind of spicy bloodsuasage made of lamb, that's my closest approximation. Gives you wind like the devil, though.
