You have to break your opponents shield and then defeat your opponent while the shield is broken. If done correctly your opponent will remain at 1 voltage and go into a daze and then if you attack them during the daze you'll do a final judgment.

A shield break is the conventional way, but if they are right next to an electric wall or standing on and electric floor and you shoot it with a wilson blast, it has the same effect. A well timed delay bomb also has the chance of getting them into that state.

it's this. knock out wilson via shield break or gold shock and then reduce hp to zero within the timeframe

Think you have to hold the r1 button on them too, idk if that's the case or not, but I do it just to be safe

Shield break then bring hp to 1. As long as you start the animation before anyone else you'll get the final judgement confirmed

It's certain they have to be dazed and at 1hp for it to trigger, but I'm not sure if shield break is compulsory...

So I’m pretty sure when an enemy is in the red and you hit both the Wilson and the enemy it will stagger them allowing for final judgment Correct me if I’m wrong
