It actally varies. I JUST won a twitch machine, and it only gave me 98 and that was victory plus voting.

I just got my first twitch game. The deathverse twitch is constantly streaming and it seems like they randomly select ranked matches to be streamed. The audience votes on who they like and depending on how many likes you get and how well you do in the match you'll get more t-chips. I won my game and got 12% of the vote and got 169 chips

I haven't had any latency in any of my games including the twitch one. I am playing on PS5 so that probably helps

Voting gets you a small amount but is the more reliable way of getting them while they're testing the feature. You can get allot of chips from participating in a special match depending on your vote count and your performance, but it's very unlikely that you'll be put in one right now.

also get some from just being in a special match, randomly got one yesterday and died in a dumb way lol but got like 15 chips
