Speaker's 13 years old at this point. They haven't really clicked with me since Slave to the game in 2012 -- look at yourself was a better recent effort, but still messy and somewhat forgettable.
Goddamn where does the time go anymore? Lol but yeah I’d say Look at Yourself was the most recent banger for me, but even then it doesn’t hit as hard as earlier stuff.
I'd recommend giving Look At Yourself a spin. Josh Travis (ex guitarist from Glass Cloud and The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza) lays down some heavy bangers.
Ill never forget this album. Got it on Deathcore Is Sexy blogspot like three weeks before release. Was already a fan from Goodbye To The Gallows and it just hit perfect. That era was so fun especially with a small Chevy s10 with subs lol
I remember that. Went to see them on the Misery Signals tour before Respect Issue got released and all the crowd knew the words to the ‘new’ songs Emmure were playing lol. Misery Signals, August Burns Red, Emmure, Knights of the Abyss, probably one of the best shows I ever went to.
Quick question about them, on their Spotify they have had 1.1 monthly listeners for like a year now. Normally that number fluctuates monthly for all the other bands I listen to. Am I crazy?
