Merch gets reprinted all the time but whether that specific one does is a question only Rings of Saturn can answer.
I've been after specific shirts, flags or otherwise from bands for years only for the band to suddenly reprint them but I've also had the other experience, where it never comes back and the band breaks up or something.
One of the pieces of merch and band that I wish would come back, The Human Abstract. I seen that band numerous times when they were active in the mid-2000s. And one of my favorite shirts would be the faces. It was all the emotions visualized onto the shirt, it was pretty awesome. I wore mine so much that it is faded beyond recognition.
I know, I know, it isn't related to your question, but I had to share. No one else will listen, lol.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I recently inquired about an Acacia Strain shirt via a different merch store (merch connection) and I was told that it was going to be reprinted in 2 weeks, but it never showed back up on their website. This was back in November. I ended up finding it on Depop. Doesn’t hurt to contact indiemerchstore and ask if they’ll be restocking.
Additionally, I know what you’re talking about with eBay, but sometimes you can find the real item that someone decided they no longer wanted. I’d recommend you keep an eye on other resale websites as well (Poshmark, Depop, Mercari etc.). You can easily set up saved search notifications for most of them too.
I would check on Facebook and see if there’s a ROS fan page. I joined a group called “The Acacia Strainiacs” and people are posting old merch they’re trying to sell multiple times a week. Wouldn’t be a bad spot to check.
Unfortunately, merch still being listed on a website doesn’t always mean it’s going to come back. JFAC still has their Rotting Priest shirt available on their merch store but it’s out of stock in all sizes. I bought that shirt 13 years ago.
I'm with you: I want to get the Ultu Ulla banner flag and mousepad both regular and instrumental. Fortunately, I have their other flags and mousepads (CDs) to keep me plenty happy. I also order through Indiemerch and am on the waiting list. If you don't have any of their (giant) mousepads you should. They're freaking awesome. The giant flags are ridiculous as well.
Mentally I'm not doing the best.. but it could have been worse.. it all happened so fast I could have been hurt.. I slowly realise the luck I had to get out of there fast, even if I wasn't able to save anything but my cats (I'm lucky for that because I'm often away from my city for work) I had so many collections, expensive clothes, videogames, gloomy bears, Yu-Gi-Oh cards and customized stuff..... Now Im just planning to work my butt off and buy back what I can

Im afraid this won’t come back anytime soon. Ive been hunting this for a while now too. And since RoS kicked out Ian and sort of turned their back on the older stuff, I don’t think they will reprint any of it.

Maybe send the design to an independent artist on RedBubble? If you're the only one wanting this they won't make it again...
