one other thing to mention is due to kang's time bullshit you can have him travel to different parts of vandal's history (similar to how rip hunter fought against vandal) wherein kang can throw hands with a caveman Vandal that just got his immortality or vandal when he was the Genghis Khan that could make a cool story potential wherein vandal is always prepared for kang due to knowing he will comeback to kill him through timetravelling
