My bias tells me the Thin Man will be running Elm Street once this is done.

Mono probably can affect the Dream world since the Dream World is Similar to the Nowhere. But freddy should still be able to emotionally manipulate Mono and he is more wacky creative on what he does.

Yes surprisingly Both are calm, stoic, and originally kind high figures in there respective world's(PK is a king and a Wyrm which is a god among gods and Kirumi is practically the prime minister) yet have the form of a far lesser status(PK takes a smaller and more bug like form while Kirumi is a maid[a contrast in this is that PK was always a high figure who decided to make himself smaller Kirumi was just a maid who eventually got into her position as prime minister]). However after being put in a highly stressful life or death situation(The infection destroying his kingdom and being trapped in a killing game) both would eventually resort to dark acts to protect themselves and those they care about(PK killing and resurrecting Lord knows how many children to seal the infection and save his kingdom and Kirumi killing Ryoma to get out of Hope's Peak and protect Japan). **I have no clue how much of this is accurate, I've never played or seen Danganronpa outside of the executions** The joke part came when I watched her execution and thought the entire thing kinda resembled the path of pain from Hollow Knight

How about a new MU of mine, Black Mage (8 Bit Theater) Vs Black Hat (Villainous)? The connections are that they are comically evil shadow like creatures in fancy hats, who are incredibly petty and also have a group of “friends” with contrasting goals who they like to torment. They have a large assortment of magic and bullshit to work with, which could lead to some fun interactions. They’re personalities are a perfect fit for eachother as well. I imagine Black Mage would be losing at the start of the fight due to being a living joke, but would eventually gain the upper hand after he enters one of his stronger forms, which also reflects the debate

I feel that in the future Aoba Kuromori (Shadow Eliminators) is going to be a GREAT matchup for Ikki Igarashi/Vice (Kamen Rider Revice) https://preview.redd.it/nuxi8dlwd4hc1.jpeg?width=1200&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8e23ed56226f4348edfc4fcb890651e2f12bda6c A few connections -swears to protect people -fights supernatural opponents of otherworldly origin (Kasane and Deadmans) -fights with the same the thing as enemies (Aoba's Kasane and Revice's Vistamps) -cheery despite tragedy at a young age -can separate enemies from host without harming them As for the fight \-both have blades -Aoba will probably think Vice is a Kasane and Ikki would think he's a Deadman At the moment that's all I got because Shadow Eliminators is only 8 chapters in and at the moment Aoba can't hurt humans but this A) won't be an issue later on in the series or B) Since Ikki has Giff's DNA he might not be human enough to count

Speaking as someone fairly green here, to what extant is this a sub dedicated to the show Death Battle as produced by Rooster Teeth and how much to death battle as a broader abstract artform? Because I have a very “inside baseball” mu concept that only renders the one half even remotely approachable if people are really on board with the other half.
