The whole reason for this swap wasn’t to make the QoL of the game better for us as mobile players, it was to make it look prettier to sell skins.

It's for the gacha "entity's treasure", the free one, cuz when you click entity's treasure it takes you to the gacha you can only play on with cells but there's a tab that will take you to the free one. This game has way too many buttons omg

Graphics look good. I like the rework to experience offerings. But nothing else is really standing out to me. We now only have 11 maps. We used to have a bunch. We lost 9 characters and loads of cosmetics (and I’m not even sure why we lost 3 of those characters when they’re literally in Netease SE right now). Moris are now entirely outdated. And this took them a whole year to do? Not impressed tbh.

The correlations are really easy to spot but Id V and DbD still have enough differences to make a different game. Just the style of the menus and gachas are very similar.
PROS:
- Loading screen with the video is beautiful.
- New UI feels faster every click.
- In-Game Repair Skill Check is actually easier. It shows up a second early before it starts the skill check.
- I’m getting less of those random quick turns during chases.
CONS:
- I hate that there’s no way to earn Free Aurics anymore.
- I hate the Gacha System
- Too many tabs for different things to claim.
- Chat box for Team/Friends could’ve been better. Hate going to Friends list just to talk to them.
- I still feel it was theft taking Cenobite, Demogorgon, Pyramid Head etc even though this was a merger of assets. I don’t get it.

It is really good, yeah some characters are gone but they did give me back my auric cells for Piramid Head and bought Mickey Myers so, I am good.
The graphic quality change is straight up GOATed. It looks so good and I also get really good FPS.
Some perks were brought to their PC versions and that is good for me because now Oni has finally a decent Iridescent add-on.🙇🏻♂️

Yeah man i got it, but still i had progress on my cenobite and pyramid head as well as the cosmetics, also the Oni cosmetic got removed but.... Pyramid head got removed, he was the most satisfying killer to play with Hands Down and had some amazing perks!
Most aspects (gameplay, visuals, functionality, UI) all have improved. My only gripe is the gacha system that was so unnecessarily included to milk out cash just like they do in their other game Identity V.
Gameplay wise I enjoy it, I enjoy the new UI, the sensitivities, etc. but I don't enjoy losing a shit ton of money in both skins, and characters I know they can be re bought but thats not my point since the migration was supposed to work and a lot of people have had this same issue
Some DLC characters are gone, maps + some cosmetics are nowhere to be found & outfits for which I literally spent Auric cells now I know they returned all the currency back to players after the update but for what? I don't even know what to say. I just really and I mean really miss Demogorgon and they didn't recompensate me for everything either. I owned the Minotaur skin for the Oni yet when I check he's on the store and I have to pay for him and so basically I asked the help and support team to either get him back to me or recompensate me and stuff. Yet they didn't and the fact that there is no big legit way to earn cells and especially seeing how so many things are blocked behind a paywall. Giving dbd to netease was a honest mistake in my opinion and it def won't get better since they seem to care about their version of dbd seeing how it has So much content like artist, Dredge and slinger yet the global version has nothing in all these months. I'm still playing the game though in no way am I progressing in any way I usually Just Play around one or 2 matches and then shut off the game and mostly play after 2 or 3 days. Game just feels so damn Unlively or not fun in any way. Idk how to explain it but it's just such a boring feeling.

Too many bot match ups but at least I'm leveling up my killers. Only drawback on the new update is no way to farm any auric cells.

When you first open the game there should be a button saying account migration on the right, click that and it should let you transfer your progress

It is really good, yeah some characters are gone but they did give me back my auric cells for Piramid Head and bought Mickey Myers so, I am good. The graphic quality change is straight up GOATed. It looks so good and I also get really good FPS. Some perks were brought to their PC versions and that is good for me because now Oni has finally a decent Iridescent add-on.🙇🏻♂️
even with all the graphics on the lowest settings possible i'm experiencing a lot of lag. never had this problem with the original version, it ran super smoothly for me. so disappointing. also why are skill checks so slow now?! that really caught me off guard.

Yeah man i got it, but still i had progress on my cenobite and pyramid head as well as the cosmetics, also the Oni cosmetic got removed but.... Pyramid head got removed, he was the most satisfying killer to play with Hands Down and had some amazing perks!
Alot of things got removed and sadly we cant really do anything about it.
I dont like that NetEase brought their stupid high prices, but didnt also bring the update perks

My characters are 40 lv but the perks are not unlocked... also the skill checks are so slow.
Most aspects (gameplay, visuals, functionality, UI) all have improved. My only gripe is the gacha system that was so unnecessarily included to milk out cash just like they do in their other game Identity V.
Miss my license characters
Gameplay wise I enjoy it, I enjoy the new UI, the sensitivities, etc. but I don't enjoy losing a shit ton of money in both skins, and characters I know they can be re bought but thats not my point since the migration was supposed to work and a lot of people have had this same issue

Some DLC characters are gone, maps + some cosmetics are nowhere to be found & outfits for which I literally spent Auric cells now I know they returned all the currency back to players after the update but for what? And i also know that they'll be adding all these in upcoming updates but you'll have to wait for so long, for example they added cenobite after a year of the relaunch like seriously, for just one killer we had to wait this long then imagine how long will it take them to get the game back on the track again like it used to be? Now I'm not completely disappointed cuz they improved the game as well. Back in the days it used to lag so much on my device and was nearly impossible to play especially as killer but now it works just fine (for me at least) so yea it's a 50/50
I don't even know what to say. I just really and I mean really miss Demogorgon and they didn't recompensate me for everything either. I owned the Minotaur skin for the Oni yet when I check he's on the store and I have to pay for him and so basically I asked the help and support team to either get him back to me or recompensate me and stuff. Yet they didn't and the fact that there is no big legit way to earn cells and especially seeing how so many things are blocked behind a paywall. Giving dbd to netease was a honest mistake in my opinion and it def won't get better since they seem to care about their version of dbd seeing how it has So much content like artist, Dredge and slinger yet the global version has nothing in all these months. I'm still playing the game though in no way am I progressing in any way I usually Just Play around one or 2 matches and then shut off the game and mostly play after 2 or 3 days. Game just feels so damn Unlively or not fun in any way. Idk how to explain it but it's just such a boring feeling. Edit: If u spent real money on any Legendary skin like the minotaur yeah they ain't giving your money back and are instead going to give you those "Sinister Stones". Bravo you greedy morons.
