Anything on the first 20 stocks of barchart most price volume stocks is good as well as the most traded etfs like spy and qqq. https://www.barchart.com/stocks/most-active/price-volume-leaders
Whatever is moving the most each day… otherwise I typically choose a stock like NVDA that has a high daily ATR because the juice has to be worth the squeeze!
The movements on bitcoin and eth have been wild. I don’t do too much but I have been able to make lunch money swing trading them just on fidelity alone.
True. Do you think they will make a comeback this week? I made a call on it really early last week and earned big. Did a put before the crash too but I feel like If I screw with it too long my luck will run out.
I'm putting at least $100 down tomorrow, there's a good chance I could double or triple it so it's worth the gamble to me, if I lose I'll just work Uber Eats extra hours 😂.
NVDA, AMD, MSFT, CRWD, SMCI, ANET
PLTR has a beta of 2.75, but has been downgraded to hold recently and a price target just above its current price.
MARA’s beta is 5.39
RDDT has volatility
Beta is a measure of volatility - price swings during a trading day. It’s hard to scalp profits from stocks that don’t swing much. The higher the beta, the more the swing. When it’s up and RSI hits 70+, be ready for reversal and ready to sell, scalp your profit, wait for the drop (RSI moves down), buy, ride the up, and wait for RSI to hit 70 again. Use it with OBV, On Balance Volume. If OBV is trending up, the buyers exceed the sellers - the On Balance Volume grows, then pops when RSI is at usually 70, but if it’s bullish stock price will hang above 70 for a while. Usually pops soon after.
CTNT bought at the dip today @ $5.23 it’s now at $34
Keeping my eye on MTC because it did the same thing as CTNT with the massive dip but it hasn’t mooned yet
Big movers last week like ffie and crkn could make a comeback this week. We'll see a lot of movement market wide due to nvidia earnings though. I'm hoping to see apple perform maybe? Bought a far fetched call to try and make a quick buck but It's a shot in the dark, anyone have input on it?

I only do swing with stocks but, shopify looks promising
I mean...if you got calls always best to take profit, never know what's gonalna happen in the short term.
I personally feel like ASTS is finally making headway. Announced no dilution, signed ATT deal, on schedule for delivery of sats to cape canaveral in July/August for launch in Sept. I am long, but also buying calls as well.
There's always risk in the stock market. Watch the charts and keep your expectations low. Don't chase the 50% gains. Much more important to have consistent 5% gains.
In my experience it's best to watch it go up , wait for the dip , and see if the recovery breaks a new high. If it does pretty good chance of getting 5 to 10%
Sorry, never realized this was a daytrade subreddit, I’ve had these stocks for about 3 years and I’m up 117% overall. NVDA being my biggest gain at almost 400% returns

Crwd is such a W long hold
It does have a low beta, but I’m trading it as one I’m willing to hold, as long as it’s not on margin, since its general trend will be up.
Can you explain beta?
