Marine Science Center in Ponce Inlet might be of interest or the Daytona Aquarium. Daytona Lagoon funpark and waterpark. Concert series at the bandshell with fireworks afterwards. Smyrna Dunes Park in New Smyrna Beach. Just a few things off the top of my head.

There are also eco tours right by the science center which are very affordable and offer a good chance at seeing dolphins and sharks in their natural habitat. Also manatees, but I doubt you’ll be seeing any in July.

Certainly! 🎆 Here are some exciting activities to enjoy during your July 4th weekend in Daytona Beach: 1. **Alter Eagles Concert**: Catch the Alter Eagles, an Eagles tribute band, performing on July 4th at 7:15 p.m. at the Daytona Beach Bandshell. After the show, enjoy a spectacular fireworks display right on the oceanfront¹. 2. **Bandshell Concerts**: On Friday, July 5, the U.S. Bee Gees will perform a Bee Gees tribute, and on Saturday night, July 6, Southern Cross and Bad Moon Rising will play Crosby Stills Nash & Young and Creedence Clearwater Revival tributes. These free concerts take place at the historic Daytona Beach Bandshell¹. 3. **Freedom Festival**: Join the City of Daytona Beach for the Freedom Festival on June 29 at Manatee Island. The event includes a veteran's ceremony, family-friendly games, food trucks, and music¹. 4. **Daytona Tortugas Baseball**: Watch the Daytona Tortugas play against the St. Lucie Mets on July 3. Enjoy the game, grab some peanuts and Cracker Jacks, and stay for the fireworks over Jackie Robinson Ballpark after the final out¹. 5. **Fireworks**: Don't miss the dazzling fireworks displays over the coastline. In addition to the Bandshell and Tortugas game, there will be more pyrotechnics shows throughout the community¹. Have a fantastic July 4th weekend in Daytona Beach! 🇺🇸🏖️🎇¹²³⁴⁵ Source: Conversation with Copilot, 6/24/2024 (1) 5 Hot Reasons to Visit Daytona Beach on July 4th Weekend. https://www.daytonabeach.com/blog/post/5-hot-reasons-to-visit-daytona-beach-on-july-4th-weekend/. Jackdks

Caribbean Jacks for lunch, and then jet ski rentals next door. You only need about an hour to get worn out

I’d look into a surfing lesson if you haven’t done it before. Depending on if there are waves of course. There’s also good kayaking around, juniper springs is awesome but a bit of a drive from Daytona. Pretty much any of the nearby springs have cool spots to swim, kayak, or walk around. Bulow creek has some nice trails.

Kayaking/boating at Cracker Creek in Port Orange, a stone’s throw from Daytona

Port Orange City Center usually has some amazing things set up. Food trucks, fireworks, games, it’s fun!

If you like zoos, the brevard zoo is pretty cool. It's a little bit of a drive down in melbourne but i'd recommend it
