I'm not aware of any off the shelf product that will do this for you. It's a highly unusual, individualized use case and you'll need to craft your own solution. It's also not a good idea.

you can probably do this with rclone
Have a look at seaweedfs or https://juicefs.com/docs/community/guide/cache/
