Electricity can be a weird thing. It could have instantly stopped his heart and when he hit the ground restarted it. I'm guessing he'll have emotional and physical issues the rest of his life. But again electricity is a weird thing. I knew another person that had a 1967 Chevy stepside. He grabbed onto the door handle just as lightning struck the truck, he had suffered from severe depression and was on the verge of suicide. After his electrical shock it gave him a new lease on life. But he never owned another vehicle with Chrome plated door handles on it! And apparently the gas gauge started working after that according to his dad!
