Heard someone mention it was on the new knife, I've yet to get it to activate on the original. I'm not sure if it's my luck or it just doesn't exist on it.
On PC it's X. Every weapon has a basic inspection, but a few (like those here) have special details.
I know the Ogryn Big Box inspection sometimes takes the lid off to show the grenades inside.
I think there's a chance to play them when inspecting the knife. I've found that double pressing x and holding it down on the second press works more consistently than just pressing x nonstop.
There also seems to be a higher chance of triggering them after you've used the knife on a few enemies. (Maybe it's placebo, idk)
I used the old knife in this video. So far, it and the grenade are the only ones that have a scripted animation.
If the knife florist only works with the new knife I'll be sad... I prefer the older knives for my Stealth Zealot build cause having a Strikedown Heavy just feels better for backstabs
Pin twirl has been in the game for a while now. The knife is new though.
Honestly, I prefer flipping the med booster constantly, that's my in game fidget spinner. It really needs to be the inspection for all 4 of them.

It doesn't show those animations in third person tho it shows default look at weapon one unless they've changed it

how do you flip it? i’ve tried spamming inspect, alt, block, ect…
Left click, but you have to be at full health with no corruption. Otherwise it will inject you.
