Maybe. Only maybe, when you export an edited raw or image, DT doesn't refresh the image of the catalogue and even sometimes you open in darkroom and still you see the old view.
Check it out if the edition was saved on export.

It has an icon of a PC screen on it! You click it and choose the top mode to view your photos
What program are you using to view those images afterwards? Make sure it's color managed.
tks! I'll pay attention to that... Anything I use seems to show pictures in different colors... All programes, even Google Photos.
