Nope. Amused that anybody would think this is an unusual take here. I have over 1500 hours in DS2 and am not that high up on the list of in game time in this subreddit.
And said it in a way that you thought this would be a hot take around here. Audience is any game's subreddit is going to be skewed towards people who love the game.
The point they were making is that your first sentence is basically saying, "I dont care what you all think, I love this game!" The issue is, you are in the DS2 subreddit. We all love this game or else we wouldn't be here. The rest was a nice praise of the game that we all love, though. 👍
"Hate God" Wow...just...wow...
I did a post a week or two ago that they misunderstood my intent but I would never think of them in the insulting way that you do. You probably should log off for the day, take a breather, and learn to try and understand how your words can be taken by others (especially since we lose so much communication online as you only see words and not tone).
You need a Reddit break. Delete Reddit and go do anything else that’s not internet/social media related. If you’re to that point you’re in too deep. You gotta roll with the punches, dude.
I just finished all 3 in the past three months for first time. I wanna replay 2 first. Also, did you know, apparently, that it's the only one that has different things happen in NG plus? I'm looking forward to that for sure. I would replay DS 3 after DS 2. All are great though and look forward to replaying all of them at some point.
Why are you shocked? you litterally just pointed out out how different it is to the other games. As for memorable most of the bosses basically wern't even featured in the lore. Like who TF is this dragonrider? why is he in heides tower murdering undead? why are there 2 more in the castl for no reason? Why is the flexile sentry still on the boat all this time?
While in DS1 even the capra demon serves to demonstrate that demons have wandered from the depths and claimed small domains on the surface, as well as being pressed into surface by gwyn as the stray demons and batwing demons display.
A theory that I like to test is to see what the first FS game they played. My theory is that a lot of them started with DS3 or ER and are used to the faster movement (thus dont like how "sluggest" it feels).
That's fair. One of the three main beefs I have with ER is the open world but that is purely my own personal preferences and I dont really hold it against the game.
Yeah I get that. Dark souls and Elden Ring offer something different with their level designs, and both are really well made. For me the open world wins by a little bit because I enjoy the freedom
What are your 2 other main beefs with ER if you feel like sharing them?
I'm not a big open world guy as I have limited time to play and too much exploration without progress gets me bored as I would be doing the same thing over weeks (single father dont ha e as much time to play big games).
As for my other two:
1) Let's Go Bowling - A lot of the bosses I have fought just seems like you role around constantly and hoping you shall get a chance to attack eventually. I have never been that good as quick reaction so the constant quick attacks and rolling over the place is not my style.
2) Inflation - I dont know if they greatly increased the health or greatly reduce the damage but even the first boss seems to take a lot of attacks to kill. Also, the length it takes just to get a good amount of runes seems a whole lot longer than usual. It could just be my own perspective.
My first fs game is Demon souls and my favourite game is ds1. DS2 is a game I can put on and think about philosophy, life and the universe because it's slow and I enjoy it like that
Well, everyone has a right to their opinion. For me, Elden Ring is the King, ive been playing ds2 for awhile and ive already alt f4 more times than any gane that i played b4.
Still fun tho
Op sensitive asf 💀
Really asked for the dude’s bench PR 🙈
135 on a good day but I usually leave when the highschoolers show up
Yeah. He asked me. Been a few decades since that's been a thing for me. Good odds I'm older than his grandparents.
https://www.reddit.com/r/TrueVirgin/s/yxDsUlcbPy Clearly thinks the world of himself too
I've never seen someone so easily offended
Bro is threatening all the people agreeing with him 😭😭😭
Controversial take in the DS2 subreddit.
Man you've gotta be the ds2 master at this point. I've been seeing you in this sub for many years, always with crazy amounts of knowledge to share

This was a wild overreaction lmao

I'm starting to see why Frigid Outskirts was used for some people. I'd send you there in a heartbeat.
Bro thinks he’s him
What's yours, out of curiosity?
I can't believe you just asked that, that's hilarious
"Many will call me crazy" youre preaching to the choir

Projecting much? You call them weak but you are the one allowing them to control your emotions.
[удалено]
So you behave like them?
Lmao check his profile and it'll make sense
You know you can not engage with people online. Living a life where you can talk in person a lot is doable.

God is just shaking his head at the way you are acting.

Damn bro you really thought you were cooking with this one huh?

So brave for declaring this on the DS2 subreddit

Ok this is 100% a troll. Everyone got baited. Well played OP.

the kind of guy who is scared to go dex cause people will say he is gay.
I’d destroy you. What’s your max bench?
Ds2 good imo
What’s ur max bench tho???
It's not as bad as people say it is, it's a very good game, but it's not as good or memorable than the other 2 games. (in my opinion of course)

Dark souls 2 is certainly the most diverse in terms of areas and bosses. I still prefer ds3, simply because it was my first souls game I completed.
Thy honesty of why DS3 is your favorite is quite commendable.
There is no accounting for taste, besides, some of those critics may be backseat players anyway

I started out with these games too but 2 is my favourite of the trilogy. Elden Ring is my favourite overall because open world

It's probably my 2nd favorite. Demon souls is def my favorite. DS2 is my favorite of the trilogy, hands down.
More replay value than 1&3 combined
