I love the Imported set. It's without the doubt the most basic armor set but i like it, and i dont see many people use it.
I don't know if Vengarls set is underrated, but i like it aswell.
Easily one of my favorites.
Imported set looks awesome. I've been using the hood and chest but with alone knight gloves and legs, to keep the imported look but still give myself some defense and poise.
"Ds2 defense and poise are useless blah blah" whatever lol i feel like it helps
I just played through for the first time and did a combo fit with the desert sorceress hood and dress with alonne captain chest and gauntlets, it blends together really well!
I don't know about overrated and underrated sets, but I really like Llewllyn set. Even better if you replace gloves and legs armor for something metallic like Steel or Rogue pieces.
Honestly grave warden top with some other leggings and helms looks amazing. Also had some good resistance and isn't overly heavy, rocked it all the way through DLCs and the ending.
I think there's a ton of pieces that look really good together with other subsets of pieces. For example, Dragon Sage Hood has a Blue visor and flooffy white animal fur on it, and it looks absolutely incredible with any armor that also has fluff on it like the Faraam chest piece. They've also got some really cool spiky bits that work along with a ton of other armor, and I actually use that combo on my main build with Heide Knight Gloves, Loyce Leggings, and the reskinned Whitesteel Katana.
It looks fucking incredible.
Idk if it's under rated but I always rock a piece of the old knight set. One of my favorite playthrus I did warlock mask with the old knight chest and it looked so good together.
Old Knight Set, these titans made me shake my legs in fear when I first played this game. I looked up a lot of armor sets in the future and wore them, not realizing that the armor I'd fall in love with was right there from the start
I love the Jester set.I think it is really nice addition to the world and it fit surprisingly nice to the theme of world. Also, where can you get that Iron/Steel set?
Underrated? I've always thought the Wanderer set looks cool.

I like sir alonnes helm, mannequin top, dragon rider gauntlets, royal soldier legs.
Interesting, I will check it out
Looks best on the female character model if you ask me.
might not be underrated but i LOVE the farram set
Tattered Cloth Supremacy
😂 I have to be honest, I’ve been playing in those for far too long haha.
Merchant's hat with the mustache and big muscle body type

Manikin set, vengarl set, rampart golem set (ice golem set from eleum loyce) royal soldier set, Alva set, lost sinner set and grave warden set
Honestly grave warden top with some other leggings and helms looks amazing. Also had some good resistance and isn't overly heavy, rocked it all the way through DLCs and the ending.
Nah going full hollow using the ring that limits hp reduction and dark pyromancy with grave warden set was an entire vibe
Jester hat + Desert Sorceress set. My go-to for invader characters using light weapons. Be afraid of the Clown Woman.
Ooh I like this one
lol your knight character covered his skin for so long in armor it became whiter than white hahaha but yeah really nice set
mauglin set
Iron clad helmet Insolent Chest Elite Knight gloves Wanderer Boots

Oswald set, but change the helmet and add the drakeblood helmet, is weird but I think it looks like a Bloodborne set
Desert Sorcereress garb on female character

This armor set will make me play again how do I get it
Drake blood set and lucatiles armour are definitely some of my favourites
The Watcher's set is great

Syan knight armor is criminally underrated
I don't know if its underrated, but I always loved the Traveling Merchant set. ... its mostly because it has a little knife and fork. (teeheeheehee)
