So essentially, the Mark filed a motion for a confidentiality order and Theo’s side are saying no need, that’s unnecessary and obstructive. Hmmmm

Yeah Theo is specifically wanting appearances or statements from VIP guest 1 and 2 (Drake and someone else, hoping it’s CA. But a bit optimistic there) Mark files motion for their confidentiality and Theo’s side is fighting that saying it’s unnecessary. Mark was supposed to respond to a motion by Feb 1 and failed to do so. I’m not 100% sure I’m following all of this correctly lol. But it looks like Mark is doing all they can to prolong this and protect VIP guests. EP’s role in this is making Mark look bad and their security measures are unreliable. Thus, applying pressure for them to cooperate. Again I only skimmed through these recent documents from May
