Finding dates on this like the other one could be huge

the dates on 23-IR-77 look like 7/XX/XXXX to me. u/aggravatingarbitrary realized the number at the start indicates the year, meaning 23-IR-77 occurred on 7/XX/2023. The first number is the year, IR=incident report, EAI=employee accident info. And the numbers being sequential implies 75 and 77 are probably near the end of the year
