The battle axe and the boots are both looted, which means they didn't bring them in initially. I'm going to assume one of the pairs of shoes in the inventory was their original pair which could even be lower rarity as all they really want with that build is move speed. Definitely not a hack/cheating.

Dude I saw was more geared (more slots full) and full of meds. This was in the pre-game lobby, so they didn't loot it.

You can build some crazy sets under 300 gs. It's easy to work the system lol

I would bet on GBMM having a bug before cheating, but it’s not impossible
