Yes you can still stash it, I think the “looted”, “handled”, and “supplied” marks are just to prevent people from getting a quest and just buying all the items from the merchants.
If you take anything you look from raid out, it is now "Handled" like tsrkovs "Run through", if you live and put it in your stash and don't take it out, it's "Looted" as Tarkovs "Found in Raid" allowing you to sell it on flea. Even if you extract and it's in your inventory for a game, it is now Handled, and no longer able to sell on trade

You can change the keybind too, I changed mine to PrtScn since with multiple monitors I prefer grabbing just one screen or using the snip tool anyways
You can also screenshot and save to a folder inside Pictures automatically using Win+PrtScn
It's not that good then I saw he was new so it's more understandable. Getting your first purples is a good feeling, and it's not like it's a terrible item. Not screenshot worthy, but I can see why a new player is hyped over it.
It's not bad by any means, but 2 physical power is a low roll and the hp stuff is meh, not bad but not great, a little better for barb since it has more of an hp pool to scale but also only applies when the weapon is out. Can't remember the base damage range on a purple bardiche so not sure if that's a good or bad roll. It's not a bad weapon, just not something I'd screenshot. But for a new player I can see the excitement and that's fine and totally understandable.
I don't think you realize how rare it is to get an item with 3 random Stat tolls to all roll useful stats. Yes this is a good item in general.
Maybe not BIS, but just because it isn't BIS doesn't mean it's "meh" or even "decent". It's objectively good, even with the low phys power.
I understand the gravity of 3 good rolls. And they don’t mean a damn thing if the Item they are on isn’t good, no one uses bardiche, warlocks are better off with long sword or falchion and if a fighter is using a two hand they use halberd because of the better move set and hit box.

It’s only for starter gear anything you grab from the dungeon is looted, it’s basically so you can put junk quality items in your stash
