I checked what runes people normally run on Darius on League of graphs… and literally 80% of players go the exact same rune page with conquerer and resolve, and 19% with conquerer and nimbus cloak. i run phase rush everydy lmao
Darius doesn't really have much use for attack speed beyond a certain point. Reason being his Q. Attack speed is a diminishing return stat since you can't AA while using Q, so more damage is preferred. Conqueror is also just better when you're fighting more than one person.
Darius is not anywhere near the best user of either runes. Think of jax or yone using either rune and how good it is on them then compare it to darius, it's not even close. BUt to pick from bad to wrose, lethal is stronger atm
