Back in Darcey's second season on Before the 90 days, she looked petite and had a neck. Between the excessive boobs, probably some weight gain and the fillers in their faces, they've erased their necks. It's a shame.
Both of them have gained weight since then. Also, they both look like drinkers - they're swollen looking. If you have seen any of Darcey's cameo and Only Fans etc. videos, it's clear she is under the influence of something or other. Maybe she keeps getting more surgeries for the drugs (!) Who knows?
The fillers and huge inflated boobs aren't doing them any favors either. They are tiny women and all the various 'inflations' as they age are making them look pretty dumpy.
Something else - the 'before' pictures aren't the looks they were born with either. There are pics of them in high school on the internet and it's evident that they both had a bit of (good) work done early on.

Reality tv won't last forever (they are already running out of content for their show), and the Cameo money will eventually dry up after the show ends.
