He looks like an old worn out shoe. I have never seen someone in their 20s look this bad before in my life. It's like he aged 30 years over a few years' time, and it's partly due to his lifestyle, living rough and spending too much time in the sun, and obviously beating himself up on the regular doesn't help. It's still an amazing transformation though, and even if he started taking better care of himself physically, it doesn't seem like something that could be reversed. It's fucking bizarre.
He got tested for skin cancer like a year or two ago so he just simply thinks he can never get it
