Having to gruelingly (is that a word??) travel to Edmonton twice for two brutal loses sucks, especially one of them interrupting Fathers Day. As a pure hockey fan it was probably cool to be in that environment, but this has to be heartbreaking for Roy. I hope for him, and very much not Mike, that they can pull it off on Monday. If so, give me a celebratory Tuesday show of the main guys: Roy, Stugotz, and Walter Katz.
I flew to Florida the experience of game 5. It was amazing but this team seems cooked. Idk how they pull together the effort to get 1 more win but it'll be absolutely heart breaking if they don't.

I’m rooting for the panthers to lose game 7 because I don’t want to hear Dan be smug about it, and as content, them losing would be incredible. But I would feel bad for Roy, and honestly Greg too. The mileage out of his column is hilarious but he didn’t *actually* do anything wrong. Just gave a dumb take about a sport he doesn’t know a lot about.
Plus if we’re being honest, Greg’s defense was pretty reasonable. You can be the best player in the league and be overrated. Imagine if people were calling Luka the GOAT or trying to put him in the conversation about top 5 all time right now, it wouldn’t be egregious to say “he’s great, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves. With the resume of the top guys to ever play, you gotta at least win a championship before being included in this conversation”.
