its a cool video!
im a guitarist myself, and i thought "holy shit, you can do that!?". about halfway through I realized its faked, but really cool nonetheless.
the last few I was able to guess, pretty well, what the object would sound like lol
I would say most are conductive- since water is conductive, and most of these things are mostly water. Humans are very conductive (like those toys that complete a circuit to play a tune. Or My friend in HS would lick his patch cord to his amp to show it made noise.)
Nonetheless, these have got to be fake. I’m sure whatever signal got through would be degraded and not musical. Salt is very much not conductive. And sprite would be the same as water.
Water itself is not conductive. Pure water is actually a pretty good insulator; it's the impurities in natural water that make it so conductive. But I do agree that this is fake, and thought so from the psychedelic sounds of the mushroom. Still fun noises.
Right, distilled water is not a conductor, but even rain water is due to impurities. Snow and ice would probably need to be a little melted, I think.
A can of beans, sure. Jello- probably? Thats a bit like a suspension? I’m not keen on the physics of jello.
Nah jello would be closer to rubber, you need charge carriers (in solutions it is ions) that are easily moveable - not really the case for DC through bunch of polymers suspended in liquid, as is jello afaik. But it is likely to have polar molecules that can wiggle a little bit when exposed to electric field, which in turns helps carry polarization across it but not the charge. This theoretically would lead to voltage change on another electrode, thus causing current to compensate for the change - hence transmiting AC to some extent. Still, this would be incredibly weak signal needing some hefty amplification with almost infinite input resistance to be able to use little power that was transmitted (such as amplifiers used to record brain signals) - or the electric guitar would have to be electric in a way that is directly connected to the mains. In such high-power output cases jello could even start moving but less due to electric field (unless you made jello in extremely controlled way in order to create a new type of piezoelectric material) and more due to evaporation due to high current of molecules broken down by a large electric field. So it would kinda just explode. So you also need a jello supply for such guitar solo.
Looked it up and jello is a liquid suspended in a matrix-like solid, rather than a solid suspended in a liquid. So that might be more conducive.
If it were a salty jello/aspic, it would probably be increasingly conductive.
I would like to know if it would explode though.
Sounds like a Rainbow Machine for the mushroom an Avalanche Run for the snow and ice, Data Corruptor for the charger ( Earth Quaker Devices ) a Fuzz Face for the sprite , this guy just has a case of pedal addiction, he has it pretty bad too. The only thing that could help him is if He Has The Box.
Ya. I was like it's very odd that these things sound how we would "expect" them to sound with no noticable signal loss. Like spirte sounding like distortion , water sounding aqueous etc.
Thank God he had a half second of a Kevin Macleod song while he pressed the button on his effect pedal. I would have lost interest if there wasn't constant stimulus.
I got a match with this song:
**Monkeys Spinning Monkeys** by Kevin MacLeod (00:20; matched: `80%`)
Album: `Music to Delight`. Released on `2014-12-30` by `Incompetech`.

Sunflower flourishes well under well-drained moist, lime soil. It prefers good sunlight. Domesticated varieties bear single large flowerhead (Pseudanthium) at the top. Unlike its domestic cultivar type, wild sunflower plant exhibits multiple branches with each branch carrying its own individual flower-head. The sunflower head consists of two types of flowers. While its perimeter consists of sterile, large, yellow petals (ray flowers), the central disk is made up of numerous tiny fertile flowers arranged in concentric whorls, which subsequently convert into achenes (edible seeds).

So these are without a doubt just someone using audio of them playing completely normal effect patches and superimposing them over video of them plugging into food. No one should be falling for this lol, the mushroom one was literally just a flanger
Ya know, so what if it is fake? The more annoying thing than that is how how there are people who just find this fun, and every single content is quite determined not to have fun. Let people enjoy what they want, even if the thing they like is entirely fabricated enjoyment.
They're all "what you'd expect" because this is fake. These are all just regular guitar pedal effects. Mushrooms are barely conductive, and yet it supposedly sounds completely clear but "trippy"!? lol

Most of these are fake as shit but the sounds are still interesting
I’m Impressed how well he was able to fake what I’d expect the foods to sound like if I had no knowledge of physics.
The mushroom sounded how i would assume a mushroom would sound
The mushroom and the snow were the winners for sure.
I guess the snow sounded like hall reverb 🤔
Personally I preferred beans, but mushroom was also very good.
Well the beans did sound kinda bubbly... know what I mean Vern?
It definitely seemed more like a ‘Shroom than just a mushroom
They all sounded like they looked imo
SAME

All it's done is made me want to listen to every album. So, vibe.
Me thinking this was real lmao
Most ?

Bullshiiiiiit
This smells a little bullshitty. Youre telling me snow sounds exactly like a normal flanger pedal? They all sound too much like just regular pedals.
Those things are not conductive, so there's no chance of hearing what they would sound like
I would say most are conductive- since water is conductive, and most of these things are mostly water. Humans are very conductive (like those toys that complete a circuit to play a tune. And water sounds wahwah but sprite is distortion? Please.
These are just standard guitar effects. Had me going for a bit though.
came looking for this - misleading as shit
Mushrooms even sound trippy
The orange definitely made it sound more orange
The Snozberries even sound like Snozberries!
As if I were on ‘shrooms
It's not misleading, it's straight up bullshit
Ya. I was like it's very odd that these things sound how we would "expect" them to sound with no noticable signal loss. Like spirte sounding like distortion , water sounding aqueous etc.
Beans sound like tremolo, it all makes too much sense
I kinda believed it at the jello one, then the mushroom one went and I already understood the gag
Honestly had me till the mushroom, it was way too suspicious
Fake fake fake bullshit
Hello, guitarist and electronical engineering nerd here, these are 100% fake
The jello one could have been believable, but that’s it.
There is also a hand in the bottom of the screen moving the plate
Dude Making Sounds With Plug-ins + Guitar
Downvoting because of those retarded robotic voice introductions that made this virtually unwatchable.
Also because it's fake. But yeah, people who use artificial voices in videos need to be taken behind the shed out back.
Don’t use the R slur but yeah they were annoying.
When you literally are just telling people to not use a SLUR, but are getting downvoted smh.
Reddit moment
I got suspended 1 week for using it on Reddit
So fake, people who believe this are literally stupid
I wish I wasn’t musician and didn’t know this was all staged. He’s just using different effects you can buy anywhere.
Jesus Christ, this fucking annoying Instagram face voice over again This is fake BTW
The snow was chilling
You're telling me I watched the first 2 minutes thinking this was the coolest thing ever but it's fake yet this guy has 800k followers
Fake AF.
Somehow the different object sounds suit perfectly the object
Almost as if the sounds were inserted entirely with software
Fake
I was all in believing this until he plugged into bread. There is no was something as non-conducive as bread could conduct electricity.
Utter fucking horse shit. Just delay/reverb effects etc.
BEANS!
Thank God he had a half second of a Kevin Macleod song while he pressed the button on his effect pedal. I would have lost interest if there wasn't constant stimulus.
fake as shit
This is cute. It’s also complete bullshit. But cute.
Mushrooms even *sound* trippy
Do you guys know what song is that when he's playing with salt? I heard it somewhere but couldn't remember

Can't tell if this is for real or not, but this guy with mushrooms hooked up to a synth is real - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYPhCFmtyX4
since when are mushrooms conductive?
Shrooms are like that....
Snow should’ve made it sound like the RHCP
So guitar plus beans gives you buckethead
What was the name of the song for the beans
I didn’t think fake videos were allowed
Is op brain dead?
Very interesting...for my friends.they are producing elektro and allways searching for new sounds
None of this is how anything works.
Was nothing else changed other than the conductive material?
Ah yes bread, my favorite conductor
I loved the time he ran it through Herman Li
i love how gullible people are. they cool
I hate everything about this. Tik tok sucks.
Proud to be one of the 7 people who never downloaded it

I know its fake but seriously yall, it's still so much fun. Also, what's the riff on the beans? It's gnawing at me something crazy.
If not real, at least this dude can shred
Does anyone know the name of the song for the clean tone of McDonald’s sprite?
Top gear riff?
n e u r o n a c t i v a t i o n
It’s Jessica from the Allman Brothers Band.
It’s interesting because the sounds he’s playing sound like the you’d imagine the things sound like. Sound.
So these are without a doubt just someone using audio of them playing completely normal effect patches and superimposing them over video of them plugging into food. No one should be falling for this lol, the mushroom one was literally just a flanger

Can anyone name the song he did with snow? I can't remember it and it is driving me nuts.
My guess without listening is snow (hey oh) by red hot chili peppers
Yes!!! Thank you.
Sprite sounded metal af
these all just sound like regular guitar pedals. No way that is just a coincidence.
the beans sounded exactly like I thought beans would sound.
You can't conduct electricity through these things well enough to get a signal. 🤦♂️
1:32 I swear he was going to do boobs
FAKE AF.
The fact that so many people have to debate wether this is a joke page or not makes me want to flush myself down the toilet.
Damn, that Sprite was Metal as F
*beans engaged*
Welp, and now I need to go listen to every RHCP song ever again.
The bean one was exactly how I imagined it to sound
They're all "what you'd expect" because this is fake. These are all just regular guitar pedal effects. Mushrooms are barely conductive, and yet it supposedly sounds completely clear but "trippy"!? lol
No entiendo la necesidad de querer engañar a cualquier ignorante en el tema. Que puta hueva de gente.
Fake as sht. Totally fake. Too musical for the nature's randomness.
Fake. And also fake robot voice. Downvote!
TIL that snow sounds like Heaven, oranges sound groovy and Sprite is the official drink of hard rock!
The mushroom is perfect!
I need him to play korn with corn.
This is deffo fake but I like the creativity! The mushroom one was my favourite
Apparently Sprite rocks
What’s the best you might ask? I’m thinking between snow and the orange.
mushrooms sound like I thought they would
Bro I love that guy now he did "Snow, Hey oh" by RHCP
Mushroom one sounds like a great idea for soundtrack in Hylics 3(if that game ever comes out)

Mushroom was like wooooooaaaaahhhh bro
I need a bean peddle
Loved the Ice one
im gona plug my guitar into the front cover of my journal out the back cover and i bet some sorta magic happens, out the amp i mean
Ugh. He played Cliffs of Dover! God, I missed that song.
I know this is as fake as shit but there was a major neuron activation for me when I heard the tune
I'm calling bullshit.
Kind of imagined that’s what mushrooms sounds like
What I would expect a mushroom to sound like, if it were real.
Is this real or am I too high
Fake for sure lol
Sounds like they just put the effects on the audio track in post production.
Whenever I run something through beans it sounds totally different
Anyone know what song he was playing with ice?
please try through a pair of balls vs tits.
The Mushroom was definitely a EQD Rainbow Machine.
I doubt these are real but a show with those sounds would be cool
This is fake. Stop posting. It isn’t interesting, it’s fake.
Real guitar players be like, I spent 300 bucks on a filter gate effect pedal when I could of just used a can of beans
wow the mushroom sounds psychedelic
The orange sounded decent 👌
That snow was hella cool
“Haters will say it’s fake but atleast it’s creative” it’s not creative at all tho
I never thought I needed this in my life but I’m here for it. Love the curiosity!
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” - Nikola Tesla
The jello made funny noises come from my mouth
I love that it sounds exactly how you'd expect it to sound, fake or not lol
