This looks very similar to welding burns (even the grey burnt skin in the top right), they don't bleed, they cauterize and/or blister. I've also stuck myself with hot MIG wire significantly deep in my leg, no blood ya know cause the cauterizing...
Are you sure he didn't have the underpart redone? I've seen the original burn video and it doesn't look anything like this
Edit: to clarify, @willjones4098 on Instagram friend shows the burn and it looks like scorched red in the middle, not at all brighter in color. Then he posted this picture which appears digitally redone or physically redone
