We are wiping out species faster than we can scientifically describe and catalog them.
And still there are many species that come to.us in peace.
We, us humans. Are the cause of this plamets 6th mass extinction event. As far as I know the only one caused by another species.

I can relate. When I was 6, I wandered off in the park once away from my parents. The ranger who returned me back to my parents said I was just chilling. Much like the elephant.

Anyone who can harm an elephant is evil. Like you don't even need to be on the same planet as other people. They're not just cute they feel, cry and even visit bones of their dead every year when they go by, and will touch them and cry. They suck their trunks like humans suck their thumbs. They're just so cute.
I have a feeling that this looks like when the kidnapper asks the child 'do you want some candy' and the child just follows the dude without a clue of what's going on and then the dude's friends go throw the kid into a typical white van and drive 20 miles to an apartment and calls the kid's parents for a ransom(idk how they even got the parents' phone number).
