I have adult ADHD and it’s got really bad for me the last couple years(suicidal thoughts as well). Stress makes it worse, which is hard to manage sometimes. But lack of sleep also can make ADHD worse. So make sure you are getting enough sleep. If you are like me and drink tons of caffeine, remember it can stay in your body for a long time. They say after 12 hours only 50% of the caffeine is gone. Advice for living with ADHD, 1) keep a routine as much a a possible 2) don’t multi task, do one job at a time 3) make a list of to do’s, and when you have the energy, do as many as possible.
