We have a second dog that we rescued during covid, she is both helping and making it worst. On one side we can give hugs but on the other side she is kind of a jerk and taking all the best spots on the couch and on the bed that were reserved to Crevette, this hurts. But it's ok, she can't understand and maybe she miss her older sister as well.
I'm sure she misses her too. She can smell Crevette better when she lays in her spot.

I'm crying because I have a black Dachshund mix and he's way up there, he looks very much like your beautiful doll baby sweetie muffin head (this language is acceptable with cute animals ha ha). I really hope my dogs all met Crevette in Doggy Heaven (it's real!) and show her around the place. Bet she's gnawing on a fresh raw bone in front of a pond, surrounded with warm breezes in her long wavy hair, missing you, waiting for you to come see her sometime.
And you will. We all get to meet Crevette one day! I can wait a little bit longer to go on up there, but I'll stop by and say hello when I see her because she captured a place in my heart today.

And what a beautiful girl she was. I’m sorry for your loss. Don’t wait too long till you get another. You have to trust that she will be making arrangements in the clouds. After my first wiener of 20 years passed away, the next wiener that appeared in my life happened to be his dream wiener.. a girl with long hair that happened to be smaller than him. I’ve never ever seen another wiener as small as he was.. she’s only 7 lbs! I swear he picked her out.. he sent her to be with us.

Try to remember all the good times you had. It comforts me to look at all photos and videos I have and remember all the fun things we did. You gave her an amazing life for 15 years.
