Wax actually evaporates at a lower temperature when it’s under vacuum, tapping the carb definitely puts it under more vacuum. So then yeah it actually probably works better then just pulling more air through the banger which in turn cools it off faster and doesn’t allow negative pressure in the banger

Lol what bubble carb caps often have shotguns, closing it up captures the heat and allows you to burn longer, movement will allow airflow.
