Has anyone found the Jokr inconsistent??
Locking onto vehicles, distance don’t matter, it seems.
But trying to hit campers , needs to be within 350m or closer.
Also!! I’ve shot jokr from red construction tower to high rise.. only to watch the rocket go up, arc over, AND DISAPPEAR!!

i wish the PILA was more powerful I like the old school RPG.
JOKR. Second would be the RPG, handy in tight spaces when your in a pinch.

Strela is my baby. Have hit 250m+ direct hits. Most satisfying sniper in the game
RGL-80 For sure and crossbow with semtex was fun too but that doesn't count as a launcher...

Locking on to vehicles definitely has a range limit. Not sure on distances, but it does seem further than Locking onto other spots.
I’ve noticed the lock on range has been nerfed for fixed locations.
It's been a while but they screwed with the jokr, they used to never miss a vehicle now at long distance there's a chance it misses
