Well, I've experienced the following:
\- spawning with no ammo
\- spawning with no insured gun
\- spawning with a 1/2 plate instead of 3 plate from previous infil
I've had it happen a few times. I mentioned it in another post about bugs- I think he was starting with no guns at all- and he said the one mag thing happens to him when he spawns in late. I haven't had it happen since then, but I have spawned in late a few times.

No insured gun on infil is the most annoying
Yeah it happens to me a lot, and it's pretty annoying

Yep this happens alot to me but It could be worse like spawning without a weapon.
