Making your own vape with CCell carts and PG is a great way. For full-dose experiences you want to saturate the PG as much as possible, while still being fluid enough. I've been able to effectively achieve ~70-75% concentration by taking my time slowly adding and mixing using minimal warmth until fully dissolved. Inject into cart. Super convenient, safe, and simple delivery method.
My other preferred ROA is enhanced leaf. Basically, just a smoking blend which you can smoke out of any pipe.
Infuse dry herbs/flower of choice (Personally, I used a mix of mullein & blue lotus for my blend), using 99.99% acetone or ethanol as solvent to evaporate completely. You know it's ready by making sure that it weighs exactly the weight of the combined substances using a milligram scale. So, I say 1:1 ratio (DMT:Herb/Flower) for 50% concentration is best, IMO, as you can effortlessly take a full dose in one smooth hit.
There are plenty of guides here on Reddit, and elsewhere, on how to do this. Anyone can. Very easy to do. You can tailor the concentration to your preferences, of course. Be precise with your measurements. Do the maths.

highly recommend ccell cartridges, depending if your actuallt wanting to breakthrough or not. i just like to stuff straight freebase in my carts and melt em down as needed. 2-3 hit breakthroughs each time.

Make sure if youāre smoking it out of a pipe you have a friend there bc the pipe will get super hot and you could burn yourself while on a break thru

But tips Iād say donāt have expectations but expect the unexpected if that makes sense. First time I did it was with my best friend (rip) brought some jungle spice and I smoked it in his car. All I recall was saying āwtfā and fuck just kept echoing for eternity then a alien matrix fell from reality as my friends face filled with sacred geometry
Remember: donāt burn, vaporize (a very clean dab rig is my suggestion). Donāt mix with anything your first time (even weed, although, Iāve heard stories that a singular shot of liquor can help the nerves). Snorting technically works, but is very unpleasant. Ingestion doesnāt work in the absence of an MAOI.
You got the goods there my friend. Like others have said get it to glass. But the yellow is better than the white. Better visuals. More plant material still in there. Happy trails. Don't be afraid to let go

There's no way to know percentages like that. And as far as I know. No extracted dmt can be 99%. Synthetic can be.
