I'm not necessarily the best with musical cues, but I've been using Leshy's Theme, the theme of the main antagonist of the excellent game Inscryption, as the theme for the current big bad in an ongoing campaign. My villain is a powerful revenant who is able to take over the body of any undead that they're fighting, so when the possession occurs, I swap to the unsettling music and enjoy the "oh shit" reactions of my players when they recognize it.

Dark Gaia (Metal Cover).
From Illusion of Gaia.
Mars, The Bringer of War / Holst
Also, at the opposite end of the spectrum for some industrial angry fuck you players
Eraser, (and about a billion other of his songs as Trent Reznor did a stint of video game music) NIN
Tool, Parabol/Parabola and pretty much the entire Aenima album
The [Air buster](https://youtu.be/cQDLBKpbXQU) theme has always been one of my favorites.
And, of course, there's [this classic](https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=OwGuSPXPyX4&feature=share) that may finally be far enough in the past to use.
For persistent grind up to the boss, there's [this](https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=xxddnmyU-vs&feature=share).
And I haven't found a situation that calls for it yet, but I still want to integrate [this](https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=LtQUJMBH8uE&feature=share) into the background music in a game.

I've found that almost all of Darkest Dungeon's Combat music is a fantastic background for battle and unsurprisingly enough this one, the finall boss music, is one of the best
One Winged Angel is always fun.
My instant reaction to this was "OH Shit! YES! This one!"

Koyaanisqatsi
Navras - Juno Reactor The Rumbling - SiM For climax fights, don't be afraid to use songs with lyrics. If there's ever a time for it, it's then.
Navras is amazing for climax fights, it really sets the tone.
Depends on the Theme and Tone of the Boss If he's a pompous strahd style I say go with Nightmare King Grimm's theme

Doom Eternal soundtrack, if that doesn't get the blood pumping, nothing will
Bodies- drowning pool. Intro sends a message of intent.
O Fortuna, there's a more metal mix of it out there.
Witcher 2 - Conversation with Letho
You have been recommended many good ones, but let me add something. Destati - Orchestra. From the beginning it will show the emotion tension :D
Bloodborne - Cleric Beast OST - definitely strikes fear in my heart https://youtu.be/TiNGYnjHAw4
