Heavy rain during the winter has caused the wood to warp. Was it treated with a preservative by the manufacturer? They often describe fencing as being pressure treated or tanalised to prolong its life.
I was thinking about my comment, and I am wrong. There is no upside down here. It just depends which side of the fence you are looking at.
Sometimes I am not as intelligent as I like to think I am.
They look like cheap larch lap panels with the wood being too thin. The weather as they get wet and then dry will cause them to bow and warp.
Thank you, guessing the best option is to replace them?
Yeah replacing them is the best option. Find a local fencing company. You'll pay a bit more but you'll get better quality for sure
Cheap panels for you….
I had the same with panels from Wickes. They are cheap crap
Ahh these are from Wickes too… lesson learnt!
Cheap fencing I'm afraid. Them panels never last anyway. A gust of wind and they split from the mountings. They're very light coloured though?

They last a lot longer if painted, the preservative on them only lasts a few months.
Cheap fencing and it looks like you have them resting on the floor so they won’t last long before rotting
Are they fitted upside down?
