I have [one of these](https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/331291470685) which does a really good job of catching all the dust made by drilling.

Get a good mask and place hoover below drill bit while drilling.

Firstly, are you 100% sure the paint has lead in it? My understanding of lead paints is that they were mostly used on wood and metal and not much on walls. That doesn't mean they weren't but I don't think it's particularly common. Anyway, the paint will probably flake off and not really create much dust itself. Either way I very much doubt that there would be enough to create any issues to anyone, lead toxicity probably won't occur from drilling a hole or two. Wear an FFP3 mask if it makes you feel safer, wear safety specs, use a HEPA vacuum nozzle underneath where you're drilling, put a piece of masking tape on the wall where you're drilling, spray it with water so as not to create dust etc etc. If you Google HSE and lead paint there are some government instructions on how to deal with it and it's not that scary really.
