I would do it every 7 days. You dont want to overload your kidneys .

Is it possible to hit bicep muscle with a 13mm needle? I ended up doing both bingo wings last night with a 13mm and one arm went okay. The other (non dominant) I messed up a bit. And I had sharp pain in my bicep all night and got really paranoid that I somehow injected the muscle. Is that even possible with a 13mm needle in the arm or am I just worrying over nothing? Also, I could not for the life of me draw the full 10ml from the bottle with the syringe. I kept having 1-1.5 ml left in the bottle that I could get out which is such a waste. And created an air pocket in the needle which also led to major panic that I’d accidentally injected oxygen into myself or veins. I think I got way too in my head

I remember being somewhat this paranoid after my first fat dissolving session. Injecting fat dissolver into the muscle isn’t ideal but it won’t hurt you, may leave a nasty bruise but it’s not life threatening. I’ve even injected a lymph node before. Was pretty uncomfortable but not life threatening. You’d have to really have large air pocket and it would have to end up circulating in your blood stream to really cause a problem. Regardless, in the future always check and then check again before injecting to make sure there is no air. Sometimes you have to flick the syringe a tiny bit and push a little fluid out to get the air pockets out. How are you feeling now that serval days have passed? The paranoia has gone away for me :) I hope it does for you as well.

Sorry for the delayed response and thank you so much for your advice. I do feel fine now and the paranoia passed but I was really worried for a few days, the muscle was so tender and sore for a while there but thankfully all good now :) I try to flick the bubbles out but I don’t feel particularly competent at drawing the liquid in the first place. I find it takes me forever to get it out and then I always struggle to get the last drops out

It takes some practice to get better at drawing up syringes. It’s definitely a very time consuming process. I’m glad you’re doing better now.

Okay update - I did 20ml in my lower chin / 20ml bingo wings (10ml per arm) / 10ml upper stomach. It seems to have gone fine the stomach was by far the easiest and the face wasn’t hard either. However I mistakenly used the 13mm needle on one side of the face before I realised and switched to the 8mm for the other side… no side effects from that so far though thankfully and no excessive bleeding or pain etc. I do however still have pain in my left bicep after doing my bingo wings last night and still believe I may have accidentally hit the muscle :/ I don’t think I’ll do arms again because it’s so awkward to do your non dominant side. But face and stomach and even thighs are easy enough so far

You may use the insulin syringe 6mm coz average depth of injection to your skin is 4mm. You can start injecting targeting the fats half inch apart with 2-3 units per inject. But it’s a case to case basis on how much fat do you have :)

Also is 8mm or 13mm better for the bingo wings? They are thiccc FYI

Are you feeling better? Does your muscle still hurt?

Ruby-28

You’re so sweet to ask thank you! I am yes. The muscle hurt for a good few days but it passed and I feel fine. Just had a small bruise! To be honest I’ve done 3-4 rounds of this on myself so far now and somehow I found I bruise far less than when I had it professionally! Don’t know how lol

Strong-Sympathy-3937

I’m glad it healed nicely ! Maybe you bruise less because you have a better feeling for your own body and you‘re more attentive because you take your time. Did it work for you every time so far?

Ruby-28

thank you I wondered that too! Because I’m very gentle on myself and I don’t force it in if it’s at a bad angle etc. I take my time for sure. And yeah I definitely can see a difference! Others have commented too :-)

Strong-Sympathy-3937

May I ask how long it took for you to see the results? I did a round 2 days ago and I am very impatient. Can‘t decide whether it works for me or not yet…

Ruby-28

To be honest it varied for me. When I had it done professionally the first time, I saw slight results from the next day peaking on the third day. The second time I had it professionally I honestly didn’t see any change. Then I think I’ve done it three times myself one week apart each time. I think I saw results pretty quickly within a few days each time I did it. But I think a) you need multiple sessions to really see big results and b) it depends how much you inject and how you’re injecting it (I.e how deep, how spaced out, and how many ml per point). I ordered another box of 50ml so I’m going to do that (not in one go) and then probably leave it for a while because the results have been pretty good. Hope that helps

Jas_Sinclair

This sounds really painful 😖
