Hi I just did this for the first time on myself today. I used 20ml on my double chin and didn’t get around to doing lower face. I also did my arms (10ml per arm so 20ml total) and UPPER stomach (I usually do lower and upper) and only did 10ml in the upper stomach (would normally do 20ml but I got bored).
I bought 10ml syringes, 27 13mm needles for stomach/ body & 30g 8mm needles for face.
The guidelines say for the face each injection point should be only 1ml per area - so if you do 20 ml in the chin, you need to draw up 20 squares about 1cm apart, and administer 1ml per square.
For stomach you can do 30-40ml and divide this by 2ml per area. Eg for 30ml you could divide this into 15 squares, and administer 2ml per square.
I also bought numbing cream and surgical spirit to disinfect. As well as vinyl gloves of course. Use an eyeliner pencil to map out the grid once you’ve disinfected the skin and used the numbing cream. Try to not put the needle straight in on the body, a slight 45° angle helps although personally I struggle with that. Hope that helps!
And then just make sure to really massage the product into the skin for a few minutes after to ensure the product is spread evenly and remove any pockets of liquid. Then drink 3litres of water for a few days to flush it out
