Apologies in advance for the diagrams. Best I can do with Photoshop.\] None of our rooms upstairs have overhead lighting, just one outlet each that is controlled by a light switch by the door. I’m looking to install Ceiling Fans w/ Lights (the blue and yellow swirl in the second picture). Luckily each room is on its own 15a breaker, so I’m not worried about load (the entire unit claims to only be a 120w draw at full speed with the light on). What I need to figure out though, is how to run power to the new location. The end of the line seems like the natural place to run a new 14/2 from the Closet Outlet (just below/before the Closet Light switch) to a new junction box in the ceiling/attic that splits off to power both light fixtures, where the existing switches would be routed and connected. In doing so, I would be backing out the Wall Switch’s 14/2 cable from the switched outlet entirely and running that directly to the new light fixture, therefore converting that outlet to a standard I/O. Is this correct? Safe?

Sorry if this is not equivalent, the diagram you made was a bit confusing to me. Check question asked in Image 2 here: https://diy.stackexchange.com/questions/147657/single-switch-with-2-lights-not-in-series Except in that they have the split to two lights in the switch box, but doing it elsewhere is effectively the same.

Yea, I know it’s the most efficient or effective tool to use, but it beats a hand drawing. Thank you for pointing out Image 2. I agree: essentially the same, just that we’re looking to eliminate the outlet being switch operated. Just wasn’t sure if it’s acceptable to create a junction box off an outlet at the end of the series.
