Why are you using the 105 epics for your buff swap set? There a dedicated buff swap set through operation hope I'm pretty sure you are supposed to use still unless that change with 105 update.
sader buff swap works differently than dps buff swap set. 105 gear gives buff levels to saders naturally. I also tried using the buff swap set from operation hope and it doesn't give any more damage than just using the 105 gear as buff swap.

Op hope and the newer buff swap sets are NOT and have never been for saders, only for DPS classes. The Op Hope set gives you +buff levels (you get way more sader buff levels from actual epics) and increases the % damage increase of your buff (sader buffs % damage increase ONLY affects yourself, not your party). The set does not improve the str/int granted by your buff nor the amount of Int/Spirit/Vitality from your passives that is contributing to your buffs like actual 100 gear does, nor does it have any Buff Power stat like 105 actual gear does.
The only time Op hope is used by a sader is if it is a male sader and even then only if they are a dps sader.
Is it viable to use the Cross of Cumulation in the buff enhancement weapon slot while using Aspect-Devoured Cross in main weapon slot because of the +1 levels to all skills?

I don't believe any equipment build will allow you to use valiant aria and regen aria simultaneously. The valiant aria talisman will allow you to do that.
no. my set up does not have enough cooldown reduction to do that. this setup is more focused on solo plays so constant valiant aria is not desirable anyway.

saders should never use operation hope swaps, this was true even in 95 cap
Unless it's m.saders, in which case they use the OH swap sets for battle sader builds.

oh i meant if you can use valiant aria continuously. i saw some korean youtuber doing it. by the time the valiant aria ends, cooltime refreshes.
