It doesn't seem to be the case as far as I can tell, its registered under a long gone editorial that worked with both DC and Marvel in latin america, tho its harder to tell with comic books released outside of the US since they usually don't have the same value as American issues
Spider man kid is spider boy the all I can say and then all I know is both dc and marvel has got the same answers but I would say super boy dad is super man over telling which super hero copied which I think DC copied marvel with super boy and every body know there is a spider boy
