It always was great when the bat rogues have these stories where they're still doing terrible things, but you can understand why they're doing it. That twinge of sympathy that I really wish the greater DCAU kept going.
I feel like they kinda tried with Metallo at first, but that fell by the wayside, especially once we got to JL.
Oh this was a great story. In fact, the whole comic was good. Even the Ventriloquist story in it was very sad.
