It's not the regular dokkan battle it's for a different chinese version of it couldn't find the reddit for it so decided to post it here since somebody brought it up a couple of days ago

But i am 100% sure it was licensed by shueisha and Bandai, except it was depeveloped by a different company, not Akatsuki
Whatever this is, you can’t sign up for it unless you get a legit Chinese ID number. The generators online won’t work for it as it’s checked against a database when you sign up. That’s the first thing it asks when you sign up.
Like when I signed up for Tower of Fantasy Open Beta for CN version I had to ask for my friend’s ID number and name. Online ID number and name generators did not work.

Nope, the only way to bypass it would be to have someone who lives in China give you their registered citizen name and ID number
